(LCE) was formed in 1986 to provide adequate, accurate, and timely modeling techniques utilizing the microcomputer for Regional Updates, Development of Regional Impacts (DRIs), Corridor Studies, Traffic Impact Studies, Comprehensive Plans and City, County, and other regional analyses. Since that time, LCE has been very successful in all areas of transportation planning and traffic engineering.
